From Interstate 93 (both North and South):

  • Take Exit 20.
  • Follow Route 3 North/11 East towards Laconia for six miles.
  • Just past the Belknap Mall (on your left), turn right onto the Laconia By-Pass US Route 3 & 11.
  • Take the second exit to Route 11A (Gilford Village).
  • Turn right off the ramp onto Route 11A.
  • After passing through the first traffic light, turn left onto Maple Street (VCA Animal Hospital is on the corner).
  • Follow Maple Street 0.4 miles into Hillside Medical Park, and turn right into the parking lot marked Entrance A. OPA (Entrance A) is directly in front of you.

Travelling South via Route 106 (Parade Road) from Meredith:

  • At the downtown Laconia junction (Laconia Public Library on left), turn left onto Route 11A (Church Street).
  • Continue on Route 11A until it intersects with Route 3/Route 11; bear left on 3/11.
  • Then take an immediate right at the next light onto Route 11A (Gilford Avenue).
  • Follow Route 11A approximately 1.5 miles, until you pass under the Laconia Bypass.
  • After passing through the first traffic light, turn left onto Maple Street (VCA Animal Hospital is on the corner).
  • Follow Maple Street 0.4 miles into Hillside Medical Park, and turn right into the parking lot marked Entrance A. OPA (Entrance A) is directly in front of you.

Travelling North via Route 106 from Concord into Laconia

  • Take the 3 North/11 East exit to Gilford (Laconia By-Pass).
  • Take the first exit - Route 11A (Gilford Village).
  • Turn right off the ramp onto Route 11A.
  • After passing through the first traffic light, turn left onto Maple Street (VCA Animal Hospital is on the corner).
  • Follow Maple Street 0.4 miles into Hillside Medical Park, and turn right into the parking lot marked Entrance A. OPA (Entrance A) is directly in front of you.

Travelling East via Route 11/Route 3 North (from Tilton):

  • Follow Routes 11/3; just past the Belknap Mall (on your left), take the Laconia By-Pass US Route 3 & 11.
  • Take the second exit – Route 11A (Gilford Village).
  • Turn right off the ramp onto Route 11A.
  • After passing through the first traffic light, turn left onto Maple Street (VCA Animal Hospital is on the corner).

Travelling West via Route 11 (from Alton):

  • Proceed through Alton on Route 11.
  • Turn left onto Route 11A West.
  • Travel 9.6 miles, past the Gunstock Recreation Area and Gilford Village.
  • Immediately after you pass the First Methodist Church (on your right), take a right on Maple Street (VCA Animal Hospital is on the corner).
  • Follow Maple Street 0.4 miles into Hillside Medical Park, and turn right into the parking lot marked Entrance A. OPA (Entrance A) is directly in front of you.

The Franklin OPA Office is accessible from two major highways, Interstates 89 and 93, and Routes 3 & 11 as well as Route 127.

Travelling West (from Tilton/I-93 Exit 20):

  • Follow Route 3/Route 11 west towards Franklin.
  • Proceed x.0 miles past McDonald's (on your right) and passing a carwash (on your left) turn right at blue 'H' (Hospital) sign onto Sanborn Street.
  • Road splits immediately; bear to the left, onto Aiken Avenue.
  • Turn right immediately before hospital entrance, and then left onto Edwards Street.
  • Turn left immediately into Franklin Hospital Edwards Street parking lot.
  • Enter hospital at Edwards Street Entrance.
  • OPA will be the first office as you enter the building; reception will be to the right.

Travelling South via Interstate 93:

  • Take Exit 22, Sanbornton, Route 127.
  • Turn left off the ramp onto Route 127 (New Hampton Road) South to Franklin.
  • Travel approx. 4 miles, bearing right when the road forks, on Route 127/Victory Drive.
  • Take the 3rd left off Victory Drive onto Glory Avenue (following the blue 'H' hospital signs).
  • Turn right onto Freedom Drive (which becomes Edwards Street).
  • Just before stop sign, turn right into Franklin Hospital Edwards Street parking lot.
  • Enter hospital at Edwards Street Entrance.
  • OPA will be the first office as you enter the building; reception will be to the right.

Travelling North via Interstate 93:

  • Take Exit 19 (Franklin, Tilton, Northfield).
  • Turn left off the ramp onto Park Street (Route 132).
  • Continue on Park Street to the lights in downtown Tilton Take a left onto Route 3.
  • Proceed x.0 miles and (after passing a carwash on your left), turn right at blue 'H' (Hospital) sign onto Sanborn Street.
  • Road splits immediately; bear to the left, onto Aiken Avenue.
  • Turn right immediately before hospital entrance, and then left onto Edwards Street.
  • Turn left immediately into Franklin Hospital Edwards Street parking lot.
  • Enter hospital at Edwards Street Entrance.
  • OPA will be the first office as you enter the building; reception will be to the right.

Travelling East (via Interstate 89 South):

  • Take Exit 11, Route 11 East (Andover/Franklin), and follow for approximately 20 miles.
  • In West Franklin Route 11 turns right and then turns left at traffic light (Route 11/Central Street).
  • Continue on Route 11 over the bridge on Route 11.
  • After the traffic lights in downtown Franklin, take the third left at blue 'H' (Hospital) sign onto Sanborn Street.
  • Road splits immediately; bear to the left, onto Aiken Avenue.
  • Turn right immediately before hospital entrance, and then left onto Edwards Street.
  • Turn left immediately into Franklin Hospital Edwards Street parking lot.
  • Enter hospital at Edwards Street Entrance.
  • OPA will be the first office as you enter the building; reception will be to the right.
